The Living Village

Te Ahurea sits in one of the most significantly important historical sites in New Zealand for Māori and early European settlement.

Situated in the picturesque Kerikeri basin alongside historic Kororipo Pā (Hongi Hika’s fortified enclosure) the Kerikeri Stone Store, and Mission House, Te Ahurea is an interactive pā site that will transport you back in time

SELF-GUIDED TOUR

On arrival at Te Ahurea our friendly staff will welcome you, and provide you with a self-guided tour map and information. You will be able to navigate, discover, and meander your way around the village, through our native bush, and our gardens at your leisure.

Adults:  $10.00
Students:  18 yrs and under $5.00
Children under 5yrs:  Free (Must be accompanied by parent or caregiver)
